NO DOCTOR VISiT LAB TEST

The following is a list of test that are generally recommended when reviewing your overall wellness. rices are less than if ordered through your doctor's office. We do not submit any charges to insurance due to our special pricing. There is an additional draw fee of $20 on every order and tax is not included in the prices below. For labs drawn and processed for outside specialist labs, like ALCAT, there will be a $60 draw fee. Payment is due at time of service. 

We prefer you come in fasting of those labs indicated with an (F). Fasting of the purposed of the labs we offer is defined as nothing to eat or drink except for water, a minimum of 10 hours before your blood is drawn. Literature recommends that you test again in 6 weeks to 3 months if you are working to modify your health to monitor for changes. If any abnormal values are found on blood word results, you should consult with you healthcare provider to discuss what they mean and how to address them. 

Once your LabCorp testing is complete the results available on Portal. Save the document tight your results to your computer for future reference. Please discuss your laboratory results with your medical provider. If you request lab tests not listed, please schedule a visit with one of our providers to discuss, as we may consider your request and may be able to offer other lab test with special pricing.
